What was the highlight of BP Grand Suite Hotel
My family vacation was overall exciting, enjoyable & meaningful.
I like most - food & vicinity - truly convenience - its walking distance to night markets at Lee Gardens & shopping complex . Transportation like tut tut is easy & affordable like 20 bath per peson to Asean market, Samila Beach & Floating Market for 6 pax in one day. Amazing. The hotel doorman at the BP Grand Suite is excellent. Salute to him. He is so helpful & always enquire about our stay, how we feel and also always smile. Thumbs Up! He is very valuable to the hotel. Please increase his salary. Tq
The weather...ha ha ha..it so so so hot, hotter than Malaysia. And Floating Market which is so crowded and narrow along the river and it has unpleasant smell from the river. Better to dine inside ie at the entrance (it was more cooler), Thank God! We have left HatYai on 24 Dec.. 2 days after that, explosions at Samila Beach, the cat & rate statutes.

Used to like the hotel for its Ol school quaintness.
Used to like the hotel for its Ol school quaintness...but now its pretty run down.
The walk in rates were better. Credit card terminal wasnt working properly and had to try like 4x before was ok. Tap water is murky but it clears up after awhile. Not sure why. Furniture is all pretty old. Hard beds
