BP Grand Suite Hotel（BP豪华套房酒店） ★★★

I like most - food & vicinity - truly convenience - its walking distance to night markets at Lee Gardens & shopping complex . Transportation like tut tut is easy & affordable like 20 bath per peson to Asean market, Samila Beach & Floating Market for 6 pax in one day. Amazing. The hotel doorman at the BP Grand Suite is excellent. Salute to him. He is so helpful & always enquire about our stay, how we feel and also always smile. Thumbs Up! He is very valuable to the hotel. Please increase his salary. Tq

The weather...ha ha ha..it so so so hot, hotter than Malaysia. And Floating Market which is so crowded and narrow along the river and it has unpleasant smell from the river. Better to dine inside ie at the entrance (it was more cooler), Thank God! We have left HatYai on 24 Dec.. 2 days after that, explosions at Samila Beach, the cat & rate statutes.

The furniture is old. The bed is not comfortable and the room is cheaper if you walk in. There is no entertainment in the hotel even though there is a piano at the lobby.

Used to like the hotel for its Ol school quaintness...but now its pretty run down.

The walk in rates were better. Credit card terminal wasnt working properly and had to try like 4x before was ok. Tap water is murky but it clears up after awhile. Not sure why. Furniture is all pretty old. Hard beds

Staff not gv clear information when guest complaint inside the room have broken glass , they direct need guest pay the broken item when check out

Rude staff. Booked their big room with balcony for three persons but only provided two towels. Staff refused to provide an extra bath towel and only answered "Cannot! One room two towels only!", despite that we have three persons. Walk-in rates displayed are cheaper by almost 25% than Booking.com prices.

We booked a large room for 2 adults and a child. Only two towels provided. Front counter staff refused to provide another towel and rudely answered "cannot!" many times. Sheets and towels have stains and bathtub drain hole has hair stuck. Room 706 is very run-down. Walk in price is displayed prominently at front counter and almost 25% cheaper than Booking.com prices. Staff tried to charge me for drinks I didnt touch in the mini fridge upon check out.

Dekat dengan Night Market dan Kim Yong Market. Makanan halal mudah nak dapat di sekitar hotel.

Parking space lmited. Terpaksa parking kat hotel sebelah. No extra bed given sedangkan masa booking dah bagitau jumlah guest. Siap nak extra charge for bed, pillow and towel. And if you ask for iron, you have to pay for it. Not worth it for what you pay.
